Houston's First Annual Texas Yoga Conference

The Yoga Teachers Association of Houston is pleased to announce the Houston's 1stTexas Yoga Conference!

The Texas Yoga Conference, to be held the last weekend in February 2010, will be a wonderful opportunity for the yoga community of Texas to UNITE and SPREAD hope, peace, and joy by sharing the gift of Yoga!

Calling all Peaceful Warriors! We are looking for leaders in the Houston yoga community who would like to present at the First Annual Texas Yoga Conference, so if you are interested in playing with us and presenting your material at the conference, please send the proposals for your presentations to Joy Winkler at joy@JoyYogaCenter.com. Proposals should be 200-300 words, and should be accompanied by your biography and a photograph.

We are currently finalizing a venue, so the number of rooms available for presentations has not yet been determined. Once these details are finalized, the schedule will be created. If your presentation is chosen, you will be contacted and asked to supply a headshot.

Proposals are due by May 31, 2009.

We look forward to working together to make this a huge success!
