I am one of the owners of YOGA LOLA STUDIOS, LLC, with a 1667 sq foot studio located on a one-acre wooded lot in League City, Texas.

I have been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga for the past twelve years, and have studied with many veteran teachers of the discipline. I have taught many classes, large and small, as well as private lessons, and the response I receive is always the same - one of amazement and gratitude for the experience. It is truly a transformational experience.

I have blended Yoga into my healing practice, and have used it with great success as part of my healing technique. I work with all manner of people with all manner of medical conditions as an energy healer, spiritual counsellor, yoga teacher, sound healer and nutritional advisor. Over the course of the last 30 years, I have worked with people who are dying of cancer (ages 2-70), who are suffering depression, migraines, nightmares, Hep (all varieties of it), emotional imbalances, female problems, busted up knees, torn rotator cuffs, problem in any and all joints, fear, rage, addition, hypochondria, and the whole range of human physical, mental, and emotional conditions and traumas, which appear in infinite ways in the human being. My hands-on experience in assuaging and healing the suffering and emotional trauma of all kinds of people began at an early age and continues to this day.

I have read, studied, attended seminars and workshops, and engaged in experiences related to the metaphysical aspects of human existence ever since I was old enough to read, observe, and experiment. I have studied with many masters and learned much from their teachings, and through practicing and living those teachings. In addition, I have independently read and studied literally hundreds of books on astrology, numerology, energy healing, distance healing, the power of thought, yoga, mantra and religion. I have a strong theoretical basis for my practices as well as a deep knowledge of the various approaches and their effectiveness in managing the suffering and journeys encountered by all and combine that with my hands-on experience in the field.
