| Billie Gollnick has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1966. She studied in Switzerland, India, England, the U.S. and Canada. She spent six years with Ernest Wood studying Sanskrit and classic Vedanta, and assisted in translations of ancient texts published variously. Classes range from aerobic yoga to flowing with breath, stretching to classic asanas. Classes emphasize breathing, accommodating the postures to the body, and stress reduction. |
