Texas Yoga Center is entering its fifth year of offering authentic, traditional yoga practice in a peaceful, loving environment. A community of like-minded friends has formed and become a source of strength, encouragement and camaraderie.
Medical issues have been resolved because of the restorative nature of a regular yoga practice. Skills and techniques such as strength, confidence, balance, and the art of 'letting go' have been developed in class then carried into daily life. Bodies have been reshaped to trim-toned and taller.
Healthier eating habits and life style come more naturally as we have learned to give our kind attention to our body-mind-and spirit-leaving behind judging-fixing.
Yoga students from 3 to 81 years old are enjoying the benefits of this ongoing practice. We 'Begin Again' each class with a fresh look at where we are in the moment and understand that it is a process of making progress a 'little bit at a time'.
We foster a 'State Of Mind' that is filled with loving kindness for ourselves and others.
Yoga is a journey and it is my honor to offer this practice to the community.
